We are delighted to welcome you to the website of Tolsey Quay Management Limited (TQM Ltd), which manages the Tolsey Quay complex and is also the freeholder for the complex.

Many of you will already be familiar with websites and the 'instant access' they provide to information and news. We hope that this website will help to improve communications between owners and the management team, enabling owners to be better-informed on a more timely basis of how issues that they have raised are being dealt with. We hope to keep the News and Repairs sections of the website updated regularly.

There is also now a dedicated email address and phone number for those of you who wish to report maintenance issues (click on the contact tab). Outside of maintenance issues we are happy for owners to phone or email with details of matters that they may wish to discuss. A letter to the office is also an alternative for those not comfortable with IT. However, please bear in mind that TQM Ltd is not generally able or empowered to deal with issues with or complaints about specific properties or individuals.

Matters with regard to payment of the service charges are dealt with by FirstPort Property Management who collect the charges on our behalf. See their contact details on their invoices.
